EOC Updating simplified

EZ EOC is an application designed for Medicare Advantage Plans (MAP) sponsors. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) governs the world of MAP plans.  One of the requirements is that plan sponsors annually publish an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) and an Explanation of Coverage (EOC) for each of their plans in accordance with CMSrules and regulations.  The EZ EOC Application is designed to help facilitate the accurate and timely publication of these documents.

You may authorize us as a "Consultant" to your contract number and we can access your information on HPMS. If you do not want us to authorize us, we will send you a MFT link and you can send it to us that way.
